You will sit peacefully and meditative on a special “throne” in privacy, listening to a guided meditation for 30-40 minutes while allowing the carefully chosen steeped herbs to soothe and relax you, you will then take a luxurious shower to refresh, followed by a nurturing, awakening & grounding massage.
