Reiki Healing is an ancient energy based modality of healing & expanding by identifying wounds and blockages in the body (energetic, physical & spiritual) to increase & improve energetic flow to promote growth within, to find soul alignment & oneness with your highest self. This session will include a guided meditation and body scan to identify and remove blockages from the 7 Chakras (energy centers) in the body. Reiki is offered through light, non-invasive touch with the practitioner's hands placed and held on a series of locations on the head and front and back of the torso. You will likely feel deeply relaxed during the session. Some people fall asleep; others enter a deep meditative state. For this reason, practitioners will gently awaken people once the session is over. The Reiki session should leave you feeling very calm and relaxed.
