Lomi Lomi massage incorporates long, continuous, and rhythmic strokes, concentrating on encouraging the flow of energy through the body, transitioning seamlessly from one area of the body to the next.

Aside from the obvious relaxation experienced during a Lomi massage, clients are also gifted with a release from anxiety, fear, and other negative emotions caused by energetic blockages.

It also addresses physical pains and ailments such as muscle soreness, stiff joints, and even helps relieve pain for clients recovering from surgery or other injuries. This deeper tissue massage experience is also ideal for workout recovery. People with arthritis and fibromyalgia can also benefit from Lomi Lomi massage.

This compassionate massage is deeper than traditional Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and while not painful, it renders similar benefits to deep tissue work.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage

Thai yoga massage is an ancient practice that involves a therapist moving you through a series of yoga-like positions while also working on muscle tension. The massage uses rhythmic pressure application, holding pressure points, and stretching techniques. 
 
Thai yoga massage is not suitable for everyone, and you should consult your doctor before receiving a massage if you have any concerns. Some contraindications include fever, contagious disease, severe hemophilia, bone decalcification, severe osteoporosis, acute rheumatoid arthritis, and phlebitis. 

Unlike traditional Thai massage performed on a floor mat, Table Thai Massage is conducted on a massage table. It combines acupressure, gentle stretching, and rhythmic compressions to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being.

Body Parts treated: Back, gluteal muscles, legs (front and back), arms, head, and shoulders. Techniques Used: The therapist will apply the massage with the hands and feet. No oils or creams are used, pressure is applied all along the energy lines in the body. Passive stretching will be incorporated.

You will remain fully clothed for a Thai massage, so you should wear clothing that is comfortable and can stretch easily. Cotton is the preferred material for clothing because it doesn't slide on the skin and it takes up a sweat, which again prevents sliding and gliding. However, any loose materials can do the job. A very roomy, airy, comfy and they can be worn as loungewear, for Yoga, dance, and beach cover-up.

Thai Yoga Massage

This full body relaxation massage supports your bodys natural detoxification system. It will leave you feeling energized yet wildly relaxed. I mix up a carefully chosen blend of essential oils with fractioned coconut massage oil for every client based on their goals and desired benefits to maximize your experience. You can expect a light pressure massage in a calming environment with endless physical & emotional effects. This includes a Gua Sha/Jade Rolling facial, as well as abdominal massage.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Madero Therapy is a holistic massage technique that uses anatomically designed wooden tools to improve the body’s size and proportions while improving overall health. These instruments allow highly targeted pressure to be applied to problem areas (such as thighs, buttocks, love handles and abdomen). Pressure intensifies the breakdown of fat deposits and fibrous cellulite so that it can be eliminated naturally with other toxins. Your initial consultation is used to determine whether you are a suitable candidate, assess your goals and expectations, and identify the treatment areas.

This preliminary consultation will include explaining the treatment in depth and discuss the expected results. We will get to know one another and discuss suitability, identify any contraindications, set targets & objectives. We will review your motivation & lifestyle, take photos & measurements (optional), and identify treatment area and options. Discuss packages and payment plans.


Maderotherapy Initial Consult

A collective for all women, together on an experiential journey to awaken the flow of kundalini that connects sexual and heart energy, allowing women to taste again, and deeply enjoy, the bliss of feminine energy. 

The curriculum is an initiation into the deep mysteries of female sexuality. It is a journey within; an opening to embodied bliss from the inside out which ripples through the body as a deep relaxation and an ecstatic aliveness.

It is an immersive group workshop, a safe space to share, to receive, to practice self acceptance, to explore our beliefs, to heal and grow, to stand in a beautiful relationship with ourselves and other like-minded women, that is intended to ripple and extend to our partners, our families, our friends and our community of women as a whole. 

Whether you’re in relationship with yourself or a partner, the mission of this collective is to empower, to free us from the judgements and constraints of society, deep dive into our relationship with our bodies and our highest self, to connect us with ourselves and each other, to promote positive body image and soothe our nervous system.

 The cost of this workshop covers your  collective session, some supplies, snacks & refreshments. If you wish to purchase a textbook to take home, a $40 etransfer may be sent to kalesathletics@gmail.com a week in advance to ensure it will be available to you at the workshop. You should bring a dedicated  journal, or one may be provided to you, if you wish, for an additional cost.
